Description: Chyawanprash is a traditional indian supplement filled with fruits, herbs, spices and honey. The recipe was created roughly 2500 years ago by the Ayurvedic Rishi Chyavana and is described in the book Charaka Samhita - The base book of Ayurveda. It has always been used as a rejuvenating and all around supplement that makes sure the body gets all the nutrients it might need. It looks like a dark paste and contains amla fruit, gooseberries and some of Ayurvedas most nourishing herbs that help the body build a strong immunity. It can also be taken after a sickness to rebuild the body's defences.
Contains: Cane Sugar*, Amla Fruits* (29,5), Butterfat (Ghee)*, Sesame Oil*, Honey*, Bambus*, long Pepper*, Cinnamon*, Cardamom*, Indian Bay Leaf*, Safron*, Spice Mixture*

Dosage: Up to two teaspoons/day. As it is or on a biscuit or mixed into warm tea. This supplement is suitable for all, from teens to older adults.
1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee
1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too)
Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
