Description: The herb is used in Ayurveda to support the brain. There have also been several modern, controlled studies with the herb.

Each capsule contains:
350mg Gotu Kola / Centella Asiatica Leaf
Vegetarian cellulosa (capsule)
Only organic ingredients.
Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below:
1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee
1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too)
1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar
Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
