It also contains Ashwagandha, Guduchi and Tulsi for the body's blood circulation and inflammation response. Together with this formula we recommend Turmeric Formula or simple turmeric as a spice in your diet.

200mg Motha rhizome / Cyperus rotundus
60mg Ashwagandha / Withania somnifera
35mg Guduchi / Tinispora cordifolia
30mg Rama Tulsi / Ocimum sanctum

Dosage: 2 capsules taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below:
1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee
1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too)
1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
